Studio Rental
There are four large artist’s studios at Tholepin Press. Each one is 300 square feet and has 11 foot high ceilings. The windows face the river and receive morning to mid-day light. They rent for $160 – $190/mo. Price includes utilities and wi-fi. A large freight elevator is available if needed. Studios are rented by the month. Long term rental is preferred. Serious 2-D artists only, please. Sorry, no musicians, carvers, wood-workers, welding or fire arts. Studios are for a work situation only. Generous access. A small deposit required.
